First I’d like to preface that I am not a Guru! I am not selling a seminar, workshop, boot camp or mentoring
program. I created this site to answer the question I am so often asked, “How did you get started and make money in real estate?”

If my comments seem boastful, recognize that there are many others who have done far greater than me.
My hope is that this article will serve as an encouragement to “Newbies”, those who are just starting out in
real estate. You can make money in real estate with no money, no credit, no prior experience and in your
spare time!

I can hear you saying, What spare time?
Real estate is a time-money business. You’ve got to have one or the other and preferably both. I didn’t have
either, so I decided I would make the time to make the money. Once I made time to make money, the
question was how do I make money in real estate with no money, no credit and no experience? I had never
bought a property, didn’t even like the thought of real estate. Tenants, fixing toilets and dealing with
evictions was not for me, but I had heard of others making loads of money in real estate. The question was
how?

Since I love to read and love good coffee, naturally a trip to the bookstore was the first step in my quest to
find out how to make money in real estate with no money, no credit and no experience. Browsing through
the books I came across a couple that were particularly interesting to me. What the heck, I’ll spend $15.00.

A WEEK LATER I MADE $6500.00!!! THE WEEK AFTER THAT I MADE $8000.00!!!
NO MONEY, NO CREDIT, NO EXPERIENCE, NO SEMINAR, NO BOOT CAMP, AND NO GURU.

As a beginner, flipping properties is the technique you need to generate fast cash. You don’t have buy a
house, just put it under contract and flip it. All I did was made some cheap letter sized flyers, passed them out, found
a motivated seller, put it under contract and flipped the property to the end Buyer and cashed the check! I was so thrilled to say the least. I did it again and again.

Again, you don’t have buy a house, just put it under contract for one price and flip it for a higher price. Buy and hold, lease options and all other methods should be used after you’ve built a solid cash foundation. There are lots of investors out there in serious financial trouble using rehabs and multiple rental income strategies. Also you don’t need expensive seminars and boot camps. If you can afford them go, but I didn’t. After I made my first flips, I bought some courses.

I’ve found that chat sites can quickly overwhelm a Newbie with such diverse opinions, and can cause confusion. Don’t get lost on information overload. I was determined to go out and make money. Don’t listen to those telling you it can’t be done! It can!

Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon.”

Many people have a perverted understanding of what the Bible teaches about money. Often verses like the one above are taken that God only really loves the poor, and that there is some sort of holiness in being poor. Nothing could be further from the truth. Mammon in the Aramaic should be translated as riches. When the Bible cautions against money it talks about “riches”. In truth it presents two extremes that should be avoided – being a slave to money, or being a slave to riches. The two extremes are one of extreme poverty and the other an extreme of extreme GREED. Both have the potential to destroy the Christian.

Some people seem to think there is something noble and pure in being poor. Being deep in debt, struggling to pay bills, failing to support your family is not honorable nor does it honor God. If your thoughts are always on how to pay the next bill then who are you serving? You are a slave to the lack of money. Instead of having the freedom to do God’s work, you are enslaved to money as it controls your life. You are as much a slave to mammon as is the super wealthy – because its lack dominates your life. Ecclesiastes 10:19 “A feast is made for laughter, and wine makes merry, but money answers everything.” God knows that humans have an economy. In fact he takes responsibility for allows Kings and others to be in charge. Likewise He is well aware of the power money can have in our lives. For good or bad. Living on any end of the money extreme risks your relationship with God.

For those who are truly mega-wealthy – having that much money carries huge risks for the God fearing person. The rich young ruler couldn’t put God before his money, and hence Jesus said it is harder for a rich man to get in to heaven than an camel to go through the eye of the needle. Many people leave the passage here and say – see rich people are unsaveable. But verse 26 goes on – “with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” God can save even the mega-wealthy. 1 Timothy 6:10 highlights that money in and of itself is not evil but “the LOVE of money is a root of all kinds of evil.” Money is not evil. It is a tool and can be a powerful tool for God’s church. But the love of money or GREED is a sin and is something the Christian should be aware of. Timothy goes on to say – “command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God … Let them do good.” God expects there to be rich people in the church. But their money doesn’t make them better than anyone else and they should be using it to “do good”.

Remember money and wealth lasts only for this present age – millions of dollars mean nothing in the next world – in God’s eternal kingdom. Having money brings freedom – the freedom of time, the freedom of choice, freedom to help others – thats why you should achieve wealth. If your poor you are a slave to money and don’t have the freedom of choice, you don’t have the spare time and resources to honor God, being poor limits you. Money should be your servant, not the other way around.

The Feng Shui or Money Frog (this is a three legged statue of a frog or toad with a coin in his mouth)

The frog can bring good fortune, happiness, longevity and good health! And also called Three Legged Toad or Frog, “Chan Chu” as the money frog is called in Chinese is associated with the moon. This is because it is believed that the frog transforms with the moon. The Feng Shui money frog represents wealth, good health. Place the Money Frogs to enhance the southeast. To double your cash flow and the income of your home, you may put two Money Frogs on each side of the entrance inside but their heads must looking in and not out because if they walk out the door they will never return. Place as many fogs as you feel in your living room, but not too high, as frogs lives on the ground.

The Money tree (botanical name Pachira)

Just like other indoor plants, it needs some sun light and periodically watering. It can grow as tall as seven feet. The money tree have thin branches with five big green leaves on the top, like human hands with five fingers, which symbol the five fundamental elements of Feng Shui: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth. It is also known as the good luck or good fortune tree. It brings prosperity (a never ending flow of giving and receiving) to your home.

The Good Luck Golden Cat of Abundance and Protection is a unique Feng Shui symbol.

On one side the cat is smiling and holding his paw up which in Feng Shui represents good fortune and the attraction of wealth. On the other side the cat is frowning for protection and holding a broom to sweep away trouble. Place this cat in your wealth sector, South-East.

Chinese Coins

Imperial Coins, round with square hole in center, also called Feng Shui Coins or I-Ching Coins, are an excellent symbol of wealth, prosperity, and security especially when tied with red thread and also attract money to your home. They are tied in multiples of 3, 6 or 9 with red thread. Hang the coin sword on the wall in the living room, with the tip facing down and towards the entrance or windows

The laughing Buddha of Wealth

The Happy Buddha is a symbol of happiness and abundance. You will find him sitting on a huge gold ingot or dancing on a money bag. The gold ingot is considered a very lucky symbol of wealth. Place the Buddha of Wealth on your desk or in the wealth sector of your home to bring wealth to the family.

Goldfish

“Yu”, is the Chinese word for fish it also means success. The best location for your aquarium is the North wall or the South East wall. The best shape for an aquarium is rectangular or round.
The Chinese place three orange or yellow gold fish (energy) and one black goldfish (protection) in an aquarium to attract money. They believe that if misfortune hits your family, the black goldfish will die and receive the misfortune.

The Pearl Dragon

The Dragon is the symbol of absolute power in Feng Shui. Dragons are the most striking creature in Chinese mythology. The Pearl Dragon stands for power, and abundant wealth. He can be placed anywhere in your home, (buy not in your bedroom bedroom), it brings good luck. Place this dragon in high-activity working areas, on the East of your desk.

I am on the Internet since 1996, and I have witnessed a lot of changes to it since then. At first the Internet was used by people to discover new things, and talk to other people from different parts of the world. Now, the Internet is a great source of income, and more and more people make money from selling products online, or participating in on-line money making programs.

Lately, I have been searching on various search engines for things like: make money free online, business Internet make marketing money online business Internet make money online opportunity system, make money taking online survey web site software ad, in hope I will find a decent program to make money from, with out paying anything to start. That is a bit hard to find now a days, because there are a lot of programs for that, but they ask you for an initial payment.

After some heavy searching on Google, Yahoo and MSN, I finally found what I was looking for, the program is called CashCrate, and it is totally free. You just need to sign up for it, and you can start making money in minutes. They do not ask you for any financial info when you sign up, just for the address where they need to send the checks.

At first it seemed to good to be true, because there are also a lot of scams out there, and they are allowed to be because they are especially crafted so you can not make money from them. For example, you need to reach $100 to receive your check but that will be very hard, and it will take you a lot of time.

CashCrate is not one of those programs, it will send your check when you reach the sum of $10, every month on the 20TH. You can make those $10 right away, I made them in about 1 hour after signing up. Also, CashCrate has a forum, where you can ask questions about the program, and a special section where people are asked to publish a scanned picture of their checks. This has proved to me it is not a scam, and people get their money monthly.

CashCrate is for me, the easiest way to make money online, you just need to join, and start completing tasks. The tasks consist in participating in free surveys, and you will receive from $0,50 to $2,5 by doing so. The number of the tasks is presented by CashCrate in a list where you can pick them from, and after you have finished them, you just need to submit them and wait for the money to be credited to your account. For the United States residents by completing these tasks, could make them an extra $1000 a month.

There is also a daily survey, which if you complete you will get $0,80 into your account. I also want to mention the very good referral program, which will pay you 20% of what your referrals make, and 10% from the people that they refer make. Important it is here that this money will not be taken out of their accounts, it is just extra money added to your account, so basically if you sign up from a referral link or the main web site it is the same thing.

A last thing I would like to mention about the program is that you do not need to be 18 to enter it, you just have to be 13 years old, which is a pretty great way for all the kids out there to make money on the Internet.

Step Two -

Make money by introducing problems to their solutions
I have an eczema condition (problem); you have an eczema cure (diet). Introduce me to the cure and you make money.

The best way for students to make money is an affiliate program. They are easy to use, free to set up and plentiful. There is nothing to stop you setting up more than one however it is best to FOCUS on one to start.

Affiliate programs are ways many online retailers advertise. You add a link or icon to your website or blog site. For every visitor that buys via that link you get paid a percentage. It can vary from a few dollars to over $100.

Simply cut and paste this link into your blog page and add a juicy heading that will generate the interest of a visitor. People like pleasure and avoid pain. Use this principle to create an eye grabbing line that calls the reader to attention.

Step Three – Pull in the Punters

You have a blog page and you have affiliate links on that page. Now you have to get people to visit it and get them to click on those links. You achieve this by generating traffic or interest by generating targeted visitors to your blog site.

There is no point advertising FREE music downloads when your site has links for learning to karate chop an assailant to death so make sure you target people who will click on that link. How do I get the traffic? You Bum Market.

Bum (Article) Marketing is widely accepted as the best and cheapest way to get visitors to your website and earn money. All you have to do is write short, simple articles with a few carefully chosen key words on your affiliate program. If your program is martial arts the article might be a “Beginners Guide to Martial Arts” or “Devastating Strikes”. With a little Article Speed Writing help you can easily research and write articles in 30 minutes, no time at all. Readers of the article click on links in your article or biography box which takes them to your blog site.

Step Four -

Use and Abuse Google
This is easy, passive and a great way for students to earn money online even without an affiliate program. It is called Pay Per Click.

Google will generate some HTML text that you cut and paste onto your blog site. Small Google Ads will be placed on your website (too many look tacky). For every visitor who simply clicks on your Google adverts you will get some money. Hence the name PPC.

How much you get paid for each click will depend on supply and demand for that advertising space. A little like it would cost more to advertise during the SuperBowl than during a black and white film at 4am.

Step Five -

Share your knowledge
You are now well on the way to becoming a successful Internet Marketer. All that remains is to repeat, repeat and repeat. Personally I have several blogs for different affiliate products and areas.

Now start to see if you can help the “work from home”, “ways for students to make money” market and share with them the steps that you took to get started. Why? Think about how you started. You were a student and were looking for ways students to make money. There are thousands of others like you and you can tell them. There are also thousands of non-students hoping for that exact same help and you can do it. You know how to target them and you have the expertise they need. If you have found products or books that helped and there is an affiliate program then write an article, provide a review. Writing quality, useful articles will make your reader feel like they know and trust you, the foundation of all successful sales people. You might even chose to branch into Network Marketing, for example Success University.

Now all that is left is to Take ACTION.

You can read, research and think about it for days and weeks. If you start now it will not be perfect (so use a pen name) and get going. Doing is a great way of learning and you will be creating earnings as you learn. You Earn and Learn (much better than any school).
